Founder & CEO
Dr Fiona Kiernan
Zeumed was founded by Dr Fiona Kiernan, a physician and health economist with a PhD in Economics, 17 years of clinical experience across Ireland, the United Kingdom, France, Germany, and Switzerland, and ministerial appointments to national health governance bodies in Ireland. Fiona brings extensive experience advising health systems, payers, and insurers — combining deep clinical knowledge with the economic and policy expertise to understand how these systems make decisions, what they need to see, and where they are heading.
Zeumed operates from offices in Dublin and Berlin, working across European and Gulf markets on assignments that range from national policy reform to individual market entry and investment decisions.
